Hill Consulting was established in 2003 (formally Rachel Hill & Associates) to assist corporate clients with their Recruitment spend, efficiencies and strategies.

We have worked with a diverse range of clients and on numerous projects from improving salesforce turnover, through to preferred supplier vendor selection and RPO project management.

Our specialist consultants have expert knowledge and experience of the Recruitment Industry, including best practice and strong relationships with the key industry players which has been gained from years of experience in the recruitment industry and working with the major players as either a vendor, client or as independent consultants.

We are proud to say Hill Consulting is totally independent from any major Recruitment or RPO provider ensuring our complete objectivity and flexibility in assessing our client’s recruitment needs, challenges and opportunities.
