What is a Recruitment Audit™?

An independent review of your current recruitment practices, procedures and spend to assess your companies efficiencies against time to hire, cost to hire, consistency, best practice, efficiency and the quality of hires.

We look at several key areas:

  1. Strategic Intent
  2. Internal Structures & Operations
  3. Volume, Spend & Time to Hire etc.
  4. EVP & Employer Branding
  5. Diversity & Demographics (of candidates and current workforce)
  6. Hiring Outcomes (quality of hires)
  7. Benchmarks & Metrics

= Total RQ (Recruitment Quality) score

How long does it take?

Our Audits usually take three to four weeks to complete at the end of which clients receive a full bound Recruitment Audit Report and a presentation to their Leadership Team / HR executive.

What is the HR involvement?

We usually only require two to three days on site gathering information and interviewing key stakeholders. We then do most of the analysis (number crunching!) off site at our offices, so minimal disruption to you and your team.

We normally ask for a dedicated HR or Recruitment representative, who will be part of the audit team, (a few hours a week) to help co-ordinate internal meetings and data provision from Finance & Procurement etc.
