Rachel Hill, Director
Founder and Director of Hill Consulting Rachel Hill has spent the last 20 years in Human Resource Management with a specific background in Recruitment & Selection and has experience across all industry sectors including: Banking and Finance, Insurance, Utilities, Resources (petroleum & mining), FMCG, Sales and IT.

Rachel has worked “both sides of the fence” in terms of working in-house as a Resourcing Manager for several large blue chip corporations – Managing the Recruitment Agency relationship, agency fees and Preferred Supplier Agreements; She has also worked, as a Recruitment Consultant for specialised agencies so knows the industry & the players well.

She now “bridges the gap” between Agency and Corporate. Helping large corporations to find solutions for their recruitment strategy, methodology, spend, suppliers, and fee agreements by designing & delivering recruitment strategies that meet both strategic & business objectives.
